More Savannah stuff – I just received an e-mail from a Daily Journal reader who just came back from Savannah as well. She said the wait to get into Paula Deen’s Lady & Sons was four hours.
I noticed this past week that they’ve installed little mister things to rain down some mist on those poor souls who spend four hours in the stifling Savannah heat for a Paula Deen meal. Eek! I think it’s time she opened up another restaurant in that town.
Speaking of that, the Lady & Sons in Savannah caught on fire Sunday night, but luckily they were able to put it out quickly and it reopened Monday.
