• The Police announced their last show ever yesterday.

• The season-two cast of “Gone Country” has been announced.

• Paramore says their new record will be heavier.

• Nicole Kidman has been cast as Dusty herself in a Dusty Springfield biopic.

Wondering what uber-catchy song is in the new iPod commercial? It’s “Shut Up and Let Me Go” by The Ting Tings. Just last week iTunes featured The Ting Tings’ “Great DJ” as a free single of the week. I’m really getting into this band.

And a fashion-y bit: Keds has a line of shoes out designed by rock poster designer Eleanor Grosch. My mom got me this pair of shoes, and I am in love. This is the third year Grosch and Keds have created shoes together but I’m only just now discovering them. Grosch has designed posters for the likes of Wilco and Death cab.
